The Foyer opens into either the Living & Music Room or the Formal Dining Room and the Great Room. The Great Room measures approx. 40' x 60' and is truly the heart of this home. The Great Room encompasses 3 separate sitting & dining areas, and the Kitchen.
The enormous Gourmet Kitchen is a chef's dream with Hand-crafted Cabinetry, a Commercial 6-burner, Double Oven Stove with Griddle, a Center Island with Professional Cookware, Appliances, and Icemaker, 4 Fisher-Paykel Dish Drawers, a Sub-Zero Refrigerator/ Freezer, and an expansive walk-in Pantry with ample room for storage, including glass place settings for 70.
Additional enhancements throughout the house include Digital Lighting & Stereo Systems, Internet Access, Eight fireplaces, and Central Air Conditioning zoned throughout the house. The Media Center in the Great Room includes a 56" Samsung HD DLP TV with surround sound and DVD/ MP3 player.
The Master Suite has its own Sitting room and a Private Deck, accessible from either the itself or the adjoining bath. The Master Bath is enormous (approx.16’ x 24’) featuring a walk-in Steam Room/ Shower Combination, Oversized Jacuzzi Tub, and His & Hers Vanities. The Double-Sided Fireplace adds warmth to the Bathroom and the Master Bedroom for the ultimate in cozy comfort and relaxation.
The remaining bedrooms within the house are separated for maximum privacy and comfort. All are equipped with TV, cable services, and/or DVD/VHS:

"Mother's Room" is located on the first floor and has a queen-sized bed, private shower bath, and access onto the back deck.
All other bedrooms are upstairs:

"Amy's Room" is a larger bedroom with queen-size bed and private bathroom. This room has ample room for the addition of a baby bed or playpen, etc., which has been very beneficial for parents with small children that need to be closeby.
The East Wing of the house has two bedrooms:

"Sherry's Room" has a queen bed and access onto the rear deck of the house.

"Gay's Room" is a comfortable size and has two twin beds.

"Sherry's" & "Gay's" rooms share a bath between them.

On the West Side of the house is our "Grand Suite", which offers a separate Living Area with a fireplace, TV with DVD/VHS and cable services . The Suite is quite large (approx. 18' x 40') and offers a variety of bedding configurations, as well as a separate shower bath, and laundry facilities. Many of the families visiting have chosen to let all the children sleep in the "Suite", which allows them ample room to play their games and watch their own tv programs without disrupting their parents. The location of this room makes noise almost imperceptible, and there is access to the Suite from the Grand Foyer, or the back stairs into the rear hall and kitchen; so it’s a great place to let your children enjoy themselves but not feel isolated from their parents.
Fun & Recreation
You and your guests will enjoy the diverse recreational opportunities located close by, including golf, go-carts, ice skating, tennis, trampoline parks, the beaches, and water sports of all kinds, including Sea-Doos, parasailing, scuba diving, trout or deep sea fishing, sailing, surfing, and even whale &/ or seal watching! The ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard sail from Harwichport Harbors five minutes away.
Located in the Historic District, we are steps away from the Cape Cod Bike Trail leading to the Cape Cod National Seashore and adjacent towns of Chatham, Dennis, Brewster, and Orleans. The evening concerts in the Harwich Park Pavilion (4 blocks away) are a favorite way to enjoy lazy summer evenings with family and friends. Within a leisurely 5-10 minute walk from home, you’ll find the town library offering a great selection of books, as well as videos and dvd’s, and fabulous local dining, including a neighborhood, family-friendly Mexican Restauant. A brief walk in the other direction will take you to a fabulous French Country Tavern & Inn named Circadia.
Excellent shopping is a brief drive away, indulging your interests and providing for the necessities from some of the best Gourmet Markets anywhere. -And when you need a little pampering and time out from the kids …. You’ll find several local spas offering the ultimate in personal services for your relaxation and pleasure.

Rates and Terms
- $10,750.00 weekly for up to 18 guests in-season (June 30th through Labor Day). Custom pricing may be available to fit your specific needs.
- Referrals available for catering and event supplies.
- Complete housekeeping services and chef services available for modest additional fee.
- Deposit of 50% due on confirmation.
- Rental balance & security deposit due 30 days prior to your stay.
