About our Cape Cod Rental Home

This Cape Cod Living facility is located in the heart of Cape Cod, with convenient access to points east or west via the Mid-Cape Highway (Rt. 6), and Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket via local ferry in Harwich Port. We have ample parking for your guests in our double circular drives and overflow parking areas, and space to store any kid- or adult-sized toys you may bring from kayaks to bicycles and skates.

Additional enhancements throughout the house include digital lighting & stereo systems, internet access, eight fireplaces, and central air conditioning. The Media Center in the Great Room includes a 56" Samsung HD DLP TV with surround sound and DVD/ MP3 player.

We have a variety of services available that may be of benefit to your party. We will arrange for any rental items (i.e.baby beds, tents, etc.) , and gladly stock the house with your specific grocery requests based upon the list you provide. Love fresh flowers? (We know the perfect designer! ) Need a birthday cake? We've got that covered, too!) Didn't think about the Cape Cod Rail Trail until you arrived? (No worries! We know the local bike shops that deliver!) Need reservations for a perfect celebratory dinner? (Lots of choices here! We'll help you sort them out!)

The fee for our conceirge & maid services is $25 per hour. Our chef services are billed $40/ hour, but will depend upon the nature of the meal and presentation requested, as additional assistance may be required. Please call Amanda @ 561-400-2354 for additional information.

• 20’ x 40’ Indoor heated swimming pool in separate barn with private deck.
• Gourmet kitchen features everything you need to create memorable snacks and meals, or our chef  will do it for you!
• Great Room has 3 sitting areas and 3 dining areas with capacity for seating 23 with room to add more, if needed.

Rates and Terms

• $10,750.00 weekly for up to 18 guests in-season (June 28th through Labor Day). Custom pricing may be available to fit your needs. Please call Amanda @ 561-400-2354 for information.
• Complete housekeeping services  and chef services available for modest additional fee.
• Referrals available for catering or special needs.
• Deposit of 50% due on confirmation.
• Balance & security deposit to be paid 30 days prior to your stay.
